The story of Olatu began on the beaches of Sri Lanka with the idea of creating unique fruit juice recipes.
Pierre and Quentin, the brand’s founders, created their first juice using apples that had been rejected from an orchard in Mouguerre.
Then, other recipes were developed, always with the idea of using seasonal fruit that needed to be saved and striving for the perfect balance!
