The company Le Vieux Chêne specializes in the transformation of IGP Sud Ouest-certified duck (Geographically protected denomination). Thanks to a perfect knowledge of force-feeding and a careful selection of raw material, this structure in constant adaptation to the norms in force offers a high quality assortment.

A complete traceability guarantees the control of the product quality : from the egg to the finished product, a batch number identifies the duck from which the foie gras comes from. Force-fed with corn, the ducks are slaughtered and eviscerated in the EU-agreed workshop to be eventually transformed in Le Vieux Chêne’s premises.
Beyond the traditional foie gras and magrets, innovative and attractive fresh products complete the line to meet the expectations of all the distribution networks.
