Located in Saint Jean de Luz, this fish cannery transforms wild fish sourced from the local fish market since 2003, using only ORGANIC agricultural ingredients (fishes, terrines and cooked dishes).
Simple recipes preserving the authentic and natural qualities of the fish : (no emulsifiers, no milk proteins, no colorings, no artificial aromas, no flour (gluten) nor peanuts.
