At the foot of the Pyrenees Mountains, where an exceptionally mild climate favours the culture of Jurançon wines, Mireille Faucher’s company offers a line of hand-made madeleines and cakes.
The products are the reflection of a traditional home-made-like savoir faire : natural honey brings mellowness and a unique flavour, farmhouse eggs add rich aromas and a distinctive golden colour… A single mouthful and find ourselves back into our grandmother’s kitchen ! Simply yummy.

Madeleines : with honey, vanilla, orange… Mini-cakes : orange and chocolate, prune with Armagnac, candied fruit… Bags of 180g or 200g, cases of 9 or 24 bags.
